Business Purpose: The purpose of this project is to support educators and students as they return to in-person learning following the Covid pandemic. Users engage with the material to identify physical, emotional, and social elements of recovery. This module references the first of three modules in the full training.

Business Purpose: The purpose of this fictional project is to decrease returns of purchased kayaks by teaching employees how to determine the best type of kayak for each customer. The project includes branching scenarios to bolster employees' abilities for asking questions and responding to potential customer answers.
