Business Purpose: The purpose of this project is to set the maintenance standard across multiple locations for daily, weekly, and seasonal landscaping and exterior upkeep tasks. The business goal is to improve exit survey scores by 10% in the next six months.

Tools Used: PowerPoint, Mentimeter, Zoom, and iSpring

Highlights: Collaborative group discussions, small group breakout rooms, two knowledge checks and a final assessment
